IMPORTANT INFORMATION
It is important to arrive 20 minutes before your Thamesjet speedboat ride. This time is needed to give you your safety briefing and get your life jackets and waterproof clothing on. Life jackets will be provided by the team before boarding, they must be worn at all times for your safety.
When you arrive for your cruise please walk straight down onto the pier. Where you will be greeted by our pier staff, have your ticket ready to be then directed to your boarding point.

Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult 17 years’ or over. 14-16 can ride unaccompanied but must have signed parental consent.

The maximum speed allowable is 35mph (or 30 knots if you are nautically minded) once we are beyond Tower Bridge.
